What you receive

• Optional itemized list for substantial donations

• Contact info for corrections

How to request an itemized receipt

• At drop‑off: ask the team for an itemized acknowledgment

• By email: write to donationstationhp@gmail.com with your name, date, and description

Timeline

• Standard acknowledgments within 72 hours

• Itemized receipts within 5–7 days for larger donations
